What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Member position at The Gardeners Landscape?
We are a small family-owned landscaping company looking for a dependable person. This is hands-on, real work—everything from basic landscaping to hardscape installs. If you want to learn the trade and get better over time, this is a good opportunity.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with mulching, plantings, grading, and cleanup
- Help build patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape projects
- Operate equipment from small handheld blowers, trimmers, etc to excavators and skid steers.
What matters:
- Shows up on time, ready to work.
- Quick learner and can take directions.
- Work hard and stay busy without constant reminders.
- Can handle physical outdoor work in all conditions.
Pay: Based on experience, with room to grow as you improve
Hours: Seasonal/Part-Time, with potential to grow to a full time position

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
