Position Summary
We're looking for a strong, organized, and motivated Spa Manager to lead our team, drive growth, and ensure every client receives a five-star experience.
The Spa Manager oversees the daily operations of the medical spa while leading a high-performing team focused on exceptional service, efficiency, and results. This role is responsible for staff management, scheduling, sales performance, client satisfaction, inventory, operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and support the front desk, estheticians, injectors, and spa staff.
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Train new employees on spa protocols, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development.
Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage provider schedules and maximize appointment utilization.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Resolve operational challenges quickly and professionally.
Client Experience
- Ensure every client receives exceptional customer service from check-in through follow-up.
- Address client concerns and service recovery promptly.
- Monitor online reviews and client feedback to continually improve the guest experience.
- Ensure consistent communication and timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
Inventory & Financial Oversight
- Manage inventory levels for retail products, injectables, devices, and supplies.
- Coordinate ordering and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor expenses and assist with budgeting.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, payment processing, and daily financial reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, Wellness, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
- Previous management experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, luxury spa, or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing schedules, operations, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Sales-minded with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Comfortable using EMR systems, scheduling software, Google Workspace
- Ability to analyze reports and track business performance.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven management experience leading hospitality-focused guest service and sales teams, with the ability to coach staff, drive revenue growth, exceed sales goals, and deliver an exceptional luxury client experience.
- Experience in medical aesthetics or cosmetic dermatology.
- Knowledge of injectables, lasers, skincare, and aesthetic treatments.
- Experience managing KPIs, memberships, and retail sales.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical office operations.
