Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in King of Prussia, PA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and repairing and maintaining various systems and equipment on the property. Responsibilities include ensuring the proper functioning of building systems, addressing residents' maintenance requests promptly, and working to maintain a safe and welcoming living environment for residents.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
- Experience in Industrial Maintenance and related mechanical systems
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve operational issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Bilingual abilities and HVAC certification are a plus
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical work as required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred
