Responsibilities

- Manage data entry tasks accurately, including transaction records and customer profiles
- Support sales efforts by upselling products that align with customer preferences and needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment that reflects brand standards
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new products or promotions
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
