Title: Retail Sales Associate – Commission Incentives (Furniture Showroom)
Locations: Multiple Store Locations: Sarasota, Ellenton, Bradenton
Compensation: $45K–$55K/year average; Top performers earn $70K–$80K
Schedule: Full-time | Includes weekends | Paid training provided

What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and help them select furniture that fits their space and style
- Educate customers on promotions, financing options, and warranties
- Input orders and coordinate deliveries using our point-of-sale system
- Stay current on showroom displays and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
- Deliver a great customer experience — and get rewarded for your success
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong people skills — enjoy talking to people and building relationships
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Comfortable using a computer and moving light furniture for demos
- Bi-lingual in English & Spanish a plus
- Commission Monthly Promotions Spiffs
- $120/day guaranteed minimum pay during training
- Top performers earn $70K–$80K annually
