Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist sales staff by providing technical expertise in automation and control products, including product specifications, selection guidance, and application support.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries on automation and control products, offering solutions and troubleshooting assistance as needed. Commissioning of specific electrical products.
- Product Knowledge Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current automation and control technologies and industry standards.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors to ensure accurate product information and timely availability for automation and control components.
- Training and Development: Assist the Sales Manager in providing product training sessions for sales staff and customers to enhance knowledge and usage of automation and control products.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and competitor products to support the team in offering cutting-edge solutions.
Required Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of automation and control systems, components, and applications.
