NY Mortgage Loan Originators — NYC Branch (In-Office / Hybrid) The Funding Store is expanding our New York City branch and looking for NY Mortgage Loan Originators who want to close more, faster, with real support behind them. Who we’re looking for Active NMLS license (NY authority required; MU4 in good standing) 2 years originating residential mortgages in the NYC market A book of referral relationships (realtors, past clients, attorneys) you want to grow, not restart Comfortable with co-ops, condos, and jumbo/high-balance files common to the five boroughs.
