Requirements:
- Must be willing to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
- Previous cash handling experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior Customer Service Experience (Minimum 1 year)
- Prior Retail Experience preferred
- Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- High School graduate
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Computer literate
- Experience in retail, cashiering, or food service
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize effective communication skills to assist clients via phone and in-person interactions.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications as needed.
