Fun Factory Hawaii is seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our guests and ensuring their overall satisfaction with their experience. We have part-time and full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Stock shelves with merchandise
- Inventory Management
- Check games to ensure they are operational
- Troubleshoot video arcade games
- Keep the arcade area clean, organized
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Looking for an evening/closing shift candidate
- Previous cash handling experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior Customer Service Experience (Minimum 1 year)
- Prior Retail Experience preferred
- Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
