The Fudgery Store Manager persona:

• Minimum of high school diploma- college experience is a plus!
• Proven leadership experience
• 2 years of retail and/or restaurant experience
• The ability to attract and lead a team of outgoing people
• Open work availability- including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work 5-6 days a week
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours and lift/maneuver as much as 50 lbs.
• Pass a criminal and credit background check, and medical questionnaire
• Able to sing, hum and/or tell family friendly jokes
