Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal water efficiency and landscape health
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment including mowers, power tools, and skid steers with safety and precision
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, weeding, and hardscape upkeep to keep outdoor spaces pristine
- Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to support healthy growth and effective pesticide management
- Perform tree trimming, tree care, gardening activities, and landscape enhancements to improve overall site appearance
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping projects
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and repair
- Familiarity with irrigation systems installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Ability to identify plants, pests, and common landscape issues confidently
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and hardscape materials
- Knowledge of pesticide management practices adhering to safety standards
