Essential Job Responsibilities
As a member of the Northside Lexus Call Center Team, you will:
- Serve as a primary customer service representative on the phones
- Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
- Provide clear explanations of invoices to customers
- Resolve concerns or issues with professionalism and care
- Perform standard administrative duties to support the Service Department
- Fully coordinate and communicate customer needs with the service team to ensure a seamless experience
- Other duties, as assigned
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Additional training or education is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong keyboarding and documentation skills
- A customer-focused mindset with outstanding service abilities
