Location: Based in Fort Worth, Tx, this is a traveling position across multiple states weekly 70%-80%. The position is mixed hybrid of office and project traveling.

SUMMARY:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, sequencing, directing, and executing all construction activities associated with large commercial and industrial concrete projects. This includes structural foundations, CIP elements, vertical work, slab systems, and project-wide coordination. The role ensures safe execution, technical compliance, production performance, and schedule integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including pour sequencing and multi-scope coordination.
- Oversee field operations and ensure all work meets engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate mobilizations, site logistics, equipment, and access requirements.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, slab details, reinforcing plans, and geotechnical information.
- Oversee concrete placement operations, mix design coordination, QC testing, curing methods, and tolerance requirements.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and onsite crews while maintaining schedule and budget alignment.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety plans, industry standards, and project-specific requirements.
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
- Track production, labor, materials, rentals, and daily job performance.
- Lead coordination efforts with the GC, engineering teams, testing agencies, and suppliers.
- Manage punch lists, closeout documentation, and project turnover.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing commercial or industrial concrete projects.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of structural concrete, foundations, CIP columns, vertical work, slab systems, formwork, shoring, reshoring and bracing.
- Demonstrates knowledge of high-tolerance slab finishing, sequencing, curing, and testing requirements.
- Exhibits thorough understanding of project life cycle management from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Displays advanced project planning and organizational skills, including the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrates effective leadership and team coordination skills with both field and office personnel.
- Proficient in the use of project management software.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in budget tracking, cost analysis, and change order management.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and regulatory compliance.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENT:
- Work is conducted in both office environments and active job sites.
- Ability to navigate active construction sites, including uneven terrain and unfinished structures, is required.
- Sufficient visual acuity is necessary to review plans, inspect work, and identify safety hazards.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind, is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 80 percent, including overnight stays and visits to multiple job sites, is expected.
- Occasional extended hours, including evenings or weekends, may be required to meet project deadlines.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
