TTitle: Social Media Content Creator
Location: Hingham, MA
The French NP is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Content Creator to assist us with our social media accounts. We are a French-inspired medical spa with a focus on graceful aging, non-surgical aesthetics, facial balancing, regenerative medicine, and menopause care.
We are looking to welcome a positive, upbeat, and detail-oriented creative. Our ideal candidate would come in office once per week, film content and output 30-40 reels per month to be shared across several of our platforms. We love an editing style that is professional, high-end and speaks to the feeling of French culture and Cote d’Azur living.

- Aesthetics meets Regenerative Medicine: Our treatment offerings include facial balancing, biostimulators, Menopause care, Vitamin IV therapy, Peptide therapy, Hair Rejuvenation, gut health and more.
- Resources: We will provide the new content creator with a full library of content ideas, templates, procedure clips, provider interviews, photos and brand materials.
- Complimentary Treatments : Gainaccess to exclusive aesthetic treatments and medical-grade products.
Duties include:
- Filming in our Hingham office once per week
- Producing 30–40 reels per month
- Submitting a weekly shot list for upcoming content
- Capture patient journeys, procedures, educational content, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Art directing in-office team members on camera and helping them feel comfortable and confident.
- Creating content that feels current and engaging, while staying aligned with our long-term vision and brand identity
- Optimize content for performance (hooks, format, hashtags, etc.)
- Reviewing our content library for clips and resources possible for upcoming content.
- Creating reel covers and writing captions that fit brand
- Complete any reel revisions
- Scheduling content to the appropriate platforms using our online scheduling system
- Bi-monthly calls and communication with our brand strategist in France to collaborate ideas for upcoming promotions or announcements
- Use of in office (or your own) microphones, lighting, and equipment to achieve a polished, high-quality look
- Support overall brand growth and visibility across brand collaborations, patient acquisition, and our educational platform
The ideal candidate:
- Fast editor with a natural passion for social media
- Can create viral videos
- Ability to stay current with trends while maintaining a refined, luxury aesthetic
- Comfortable filming in a medical environment (including needles and blood)
- Aligned with our philosophy of graceful aging and empowering women through all stages of life
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, Instagram Edits, Premiere, Veed, Canva etc.)
- Strong typography skills
- Comfortable filming with phone and quality cameras
- Self-directed and reliable (this is not a micromanaged role)
- Has experience directing clients on video and helping them feel comfortable for camera. Our staff are medical professionals not actors and need experienced guidance, a creative eye for detail
Earn additional bonuses based on organic video performance:
- 50K views → $150
- 100K views → $350
- 250K views → $750
- 1M views → $2,000
