What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restocker / Delivery Driver - French Bakery position at The French Kitchen?
Our cafe is much more than a place to get drinks. In fact, our top-of-the-line food (baked to French standards) is primarily what brings people through our establishment. These items include freshly baked breads and pastries, sandwiches, quiches, desserts, a wide variety of frozen products and other unique products. We have many regular customers that come in on a weekly basis, and it is our joy to get to know them and brighten their day with delicious food and smiley service. We want our brand-new customers to feel welcome as well, and to be blown away by our incredible food and consistent service.
Responsibilities:
- Restock, package, label and price supplies and products on a daily basis.
- Enter and fill pre-orders by packing already prepared food items on a daily basis.
- Open café daily in a timely manner
- Make made-to-order sandwiches on Saturdays.
- Deliver orders to our customers on Fridays with the TFK van.
- Greet guests and provide superior customer service in our fast-paced Café.
- Suggest light sales (talking to customers, making recommendations, promoting our specials, etc).
Requirements:
- Ability to work quickly
- Ability to learn Point of Sales and packaging / restocking systems
- Good judgment
- Problem solving
- Clean driving record
- Mobility required during the entire shift, including walking and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
1 schedule available:
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: 5:00am – 10:00am
Wednesday: 5:00am – 10:00am
Thursday: 5:00am – 10:00am
Friday: 5:00am – 12:00pm
Saturday: 6:00am-3:30pm
Sunday: OFF
Pay:
- UP TO: $18.00/hour*
- Base Pay: $15.16/hour
- *Credit Card Tips - adds approx. $2.00 - 3.00/hour; based on hours worked
