Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment proficiently; perform daily cleaning and maintenance
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling dessert, bread and light snacks while maintaining food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing workstations, dishes, and equipment following strict food safety procedures
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
- Engage in friendly in-person customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
- Follow food handling guidelines and sanitation protocols to uphold health standards
Qualifications
- 1 years of barista experience; proficiency in espresso preparation and latte art preferred
- Genuine interest in and knowledge of coffee culture and products
- Outgoing personality with strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
