As an Event Services Intern at Freeman, you'll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the business and make a real impact on our clients' events. You'll work closely with diverse teams to participate in the full lifecycle of events, from initial concept to final delivery. Assist with planning, coordination, and on-site execution in various environments. In addition to learning the ropes of the live events world, you'll also have the chance to network and shadow other professionals in the event industry, attend industry events, and gain exposure to our latest technologies and trends. - Dallas, TX
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
- Ability to thrive in dynamic office, warehouse, and show site settings
- Observant of best practices in operations and event execution
- Learning how creative ideas transform into operational realities
- Contribute to warehouse organization and inventory management
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and project tracking of events
- Interest in learning budgeting, vendor coordination, and client communications
- Transferable skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability
- Available to work full-time for 10 weeks during the summer of 2026
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and/or related work experience with live events
- Junior, Senior, or recently Graduated
