We are currently hiring experienced servers for our Boutique French Brasserie, The Franklin in Bristol, RI. This is a high end boutique restaurant with 46 seats and full liquor. Candidates must have experience managing fine dining restaurant concepts and experience managing a bar program. Amazing opportunity with a great company. Must have 3 years experience in fine dining serving. Restaurant will be open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner service .
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your ability to engage with guests, take orders accurately, and work collaboratively with the kitchen staff will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive guest relations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
