Role Description The Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at The Fragrance Outlet location in Antioch, TN. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained. The Assistant Manager helps lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge to achieve store performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers on the sales floor, resolving service issues, monitoring inventory levels, and helping with stock replenishment and merchandising changes. The role also involves supporting scheduling, training new team members, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and contributing to sales and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles with strong customer service and sales skills.
