Overview
We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Disc Jockey to create an engaging atmosphere at our established gentleman's club. Duties
- Curate and play music selections suitable for different events and audiences
- Engage with guests through public speaking, announcing entertainers, and interaction to enhance the event atmosphere
- Operate sound and lighting equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with management to understand specific requirements and preferences
- Promote upcoming events through social media or other marketing channels when applicable
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor during all shifts
- Assist with other club duties as needed
- Ensure the safety of guests by monitoring crowd behavior and adhering to safety protocols
- Adapt music playlists on the fly based on audience response and event flow
Experience
- Proven experience as a DJ or in a similar entertainment role preferred
- Strong knowledge of various music genres and current trends in music marketing
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Experience with sound equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when required
