The Fox Den is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Our ideal candidate can work in a team oriented setting and is proactive, solution-focused, and wants to work toward the company goals and standards. We have an always make it better philosophy and seek to provide a warm welcoming experience for all of our guests. ```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly with TOAST POS system
-Courses out appetizers, drinks, and main dishes accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
-Proactive with guests in ensuring all food allergies for the guest(s) are handled within health department regulations to prevent harm.
-Memorize details of the food menu and the beverage menu
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all orders are accurate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and pre-bus tables and clean tables
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Process payments using the TOAST POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
-Performs any cleaning and other tasks as required
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Familiarity with Toast Tables or similar reservation systems is a plus
