We are hiring a Graduate Management Trainee to join our face-to-face sales team in Kansas City. This is a hands-on, people-focused role designed for a graduate who wants real responsibility early on and a clear route into leadership. This is not a desk-based position and not a theory-led graduate scheme.
From day one, you’ll work directly with the public representing our charity partners through live campaigns, gaining first-hand experience in managing conversations, performance, and brand representation in real environments.
The Role – What You’ll Actually Be Doing
This is a front-line, face-to-face position, not a support or behind-the-scenes role.
You will represent charity partners at approved community venues, retail locations, and pop-up campaign sites. You’ll deliver clear, confident explanations of each charity’s mission, values, and current initiatives, engaging members of the public in structured conversations that lead to supporter sign-ups.
You’ll learn how to manage daily targets, track engagement results, and adapt your approach in real time. You’ll support campaign execution, including setup, presentation standards, and brand consistency, while developing practical skills across sales & marketing, with a strong emphasis on live customer engagement and measurable performance.
As you progress, you’ll begin taking on campaign leadership responsibilities based on consistency, reliability, and results.
