We’re currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loan Officer to join our team at our St. Joseph branch. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional who is passionate about helping individuals and businesses reach their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and evaluate the financial needs of prospective clients.
• Analyze creditworthiness and underwrite loan applications.
• Recommend loan products tailored to customer needs.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in meetings, community events, and ongoing training sessions.
• Grow and manage a high-quality loan portfolio.
• Provide regular update and feedback to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven success in sales, banking, or financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficient in evaluating financial information and managing customer relationships.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent work experience in banking, sales, or finance will also be considered.
• Compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
