The Fountain Spa, voted best spa in Bergen County for 12 consecutive years, is an upscale day spa servicing two locations in northern New Jersey. The Fountain Spa offers a variety of services including facials, massages and body treatments, along with a full menu of salon services.
We are seeking part-time, Holiday help needed for gift certificate sales from November 27th - January 1st.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Exceed guests’ expectation by actively listening to their needs in order to provide amazing service in a timely manner at the point of sale.
- Maintains a clean work area area
- Informs each guest of current offers, programs and services
- Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all basic spa related questions with guests
- Assist in all areas of the spa as and when necessary.
- To be adaptable and accountable for all actions.
- To aim to give the guests the best possible service, and make each guest feel important.
- To show a professional attitude at all times, particularly with regard to punctuality, appearance and general manner.
- To assist in the smooth flow of the guest’s Gift Card experience.
- Must be a team player and assist all spa colleagues where necessary.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 per hour
