Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef at The Fountain Inn in Washington, D.C. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and maintaining high culinary standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene practices, managing inventory, and working collaboratively to create seasonally inspired, high-quality dishes. The Sous Chef will also play a key role in training team members, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the guest dining experience.
Qualifications
