Talent Acquisition Support Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Support Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in New York City. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay: $29/hr (W2)
• 5-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and business need
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in NYC office, 2 days remote; hours are typical 9AM - 5PM
• You will be supporting the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating high-volume interview scheduling for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
• Administer candidate assessments including coordinating, collecting, anonymizing, and distributing materials to hiring managers and contributors
• Create offer letters and employment contracts, initiate and monitor background checks, and escalate discrepancies when needed
• Oversee onboarding processes including payroll documents, policy acknowledgement, and new hire completion tracking
• Maintain data integrity within Workday and other recruiting systems while collaborating closely with Recruiters and HR Operations
• Manage TA ticket requests through ServiceNow and ensure timely SLA completion
• Generate ad-hoc recruiting reports, support auditing activities, and review recruiting coordination workflows for accuracy and compliance
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, HR Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or administrative HR support required
• Recruiter-only backgrounds are not preferred; this role is heavily coordination and operations focused
• Experience scheduling high-volume interviews and supporting onboarding, offer generation, and background checks required
• Experience with Workday Recruiting strongly preferred
• Experience with First Advantage or similar background check platforms preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems preferred
• Prior newsroom, media, publishing, or large enterprise experience strongly preferred
• Experience using Google Workspace tools including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms preferred
