Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and inventory quantities.
- Enter, track, and monitor customer material orders and delivery requirements.
- Assist in analyzing supplier and customer data, including repair capabilities, capacity, and performance.
- Manage documentation related to repair items and warranty claims in compliance with company policies.
- Work cross-functionally to support supply chain initiatives and improve process efficiency.
- Develop practical solutions to moderately complex supply chain problems, using established procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to support operational needs and reporting.
- 3 years experience and Bachelor's degree or 7 years of relevant experience is required!
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with supply chain software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with both internal teams and external customers.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to represent the team on projects and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
Salary : $40 - $43
