What You’ll Do
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments in molecular cloning, antibody engineering, and mammalian expression.
- Purify and characterize antibodies using FPLC, HPLC, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, WB, and IHC.
- Drive smaller research projects with increasing independence and represent your team in cross-functional discussions.
- Present data, troubleshoot challenges, and help shape experimental strategies across R&D teams.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and stay current with emerging antibody discovery technologies.
🧬 Scientific Expertise
- Masters degree required at a minimum.
- Hands-on experience in monoclonal antibody development and antibody engineering
- Strong molecular cloning skills (PCR, restriction/ligation, Gibson Assembly)
- Experience with transient expression in HEK293 or CHO systems
- Solid background in antibody purification and characterization workflows
- Domain knowledge in oncology, immunology, or protein chemistry
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data, troubleshoot experiments, and make sound decisions
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities
- Comfortable presenting to scientific and non-scientific audiences
