Location : Onsite in St. Paul, MN
Duration : 6 month contract initially
Job Description :
- Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and processing an organization's payroll.
- Will handle weekly & bi-weekly payrolls, lots of support for Terminations and remitting payments around that (50 to 100 per week) expected.
- Calculating wages, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
- Proficiency in payroll software, strong attention to detail, knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
