The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Order Processing Specialist for a prominent client Medical Diagnostics client of ours. This position is located in Torrance, CA. This is an onsite position, during normal business hours, Monday - Friday. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to internal and external customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries via e-mail, telephone calls and live chat, entering orders, entering and processing return authorizations, processing change requests, maintaining the customer master file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately and completing other administrative support tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Experience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce).
- Experience using an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP ERP, MS Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP, etc.)
- High School Diploma/GED
