- Pay: $20/hr to start!
- 5-month assignment with possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
- Shift: Monday-Friday Onsite!
- Provided confidential administrative support to executive leadership by managing calendars, prioritizing meetings, and ensuring effective time management.
- Arranged domestic and international travel and lodging, handling all logistics to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences.
- Coordinated meeting logistics for cross-functional teams including Marketing, POC IT, Training, Finance, and Service—managing room bookings, preparing materials, and following up on action items.
- Supported event planning efforts by organizing logistics, reconciling event-related expenses, and managing check requests and purchase orders.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an office or administrative role (Required)
- Demonstrated experience in general administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office systems (Required)
- Proven ability to manage travel logistics, coordinate complex schedules, and handle financial tasks such as reconciliation, reporting, and purchase orders with accuracy (Required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook (Required); experience with Salesforce (Preferred)
