Prior Experience Leading M&A IT Integrations Is Required.
Demonstrated excelling developing and owning program plans, deliverables, and risk mitigation for M&A workstreams is required.
Required: Experience coordinating integrations across CRM, customer support platforms, data and analytics stacks, infrastructure, and core enterprise systems.
Bachelor's degree is preferred. Equivalent experience or industry certifications acceptable.

Responsibilities:
- Lead IT program execution for M&A integrations across assigned business domains, which may include Go-To-Market, Customer Support/Success, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Finance, HR, and/or Legal.
- Own integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks for assigned M&A workstreams, spanning pre-close readiness, execution, and post-close integration.
- Drive integration readiness within assigned domains, ensuring system access, data availability, reporting continuity, and business-critical workflows are operational.
- Translate integration strategy and business requirements into executable IT scope, sequencing, and delivery plans for assigned domains.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across IT, business teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution on aggressive timelines.
- Ensure business continuity while supporting system migrations, data integrations, platform consolidation, and target-state transitions.
- Provide clear, execution-focused status reporting, risk visibility, and escalation for assigned workstreams.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for issue resolution and delivery outcomes within assigned domains.
