Job Description:
- Pay: $25-28hr
- Monday-Thurs 8am-5pm (Onsite!)
- 11-month assignment, possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- The position will mainly be responsible for setting up and configuring injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and molds according to experimental plans.
- The position will also operate and monitor machines during experimental, and production runs to ensure optimal performance.
- The position will diagnose and resolve process or equipment issues, including machine malfunctions and molding defects.
- The position will perform routine maintenance on molds, machines, and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
- The position will maintain accurate documentation of machine settings experimental data, and maintenance activities.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required!
- 1 years of experience operating injection molding machine Required!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Required!
- Experience with injection machine setup and troubleshooting experience Preferred!
- Injection molding mold assembly experience Preferred!
- Experience in injection molded optics Preferred!
- Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD Drafting Preferred!
- Experience with technical report writing Preferred!
- Associate’s degree in manufacturing, plastics technology, or related field Preferred!
