HR Representative

We are The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a HR Representative for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Tampa, FL. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: $20-$22/hour to start

Assignment: 6-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week; Hybrid in Tampa, FL (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level HR contact center support by answering inbound calls, creating and managing cases, and delivering accurate guidance on payroll, leave of absence, and employee inquiries while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Document and maintain employee data changes, performance information, and HR communications using case and call management systems, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with established policies.
• Collaborate closely with Payroll and HR teams to resolve inquiries, process tuition reimbursement and employee verifications, address policy questions, and support day-to-day HR operations using tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience required
• Experience with payroll and/or timekeeping required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ServiceNow required
• Experience with SuccessFactors preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
