We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Financial Analyst for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description: $42-$44 Hourly W2 Only
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Ormond Beach-FL.
- This is an on-site role, reports to the Business Controller and will collaborate closely with various teams to support the company’s financial goals.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management; Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Reconcile the balance sheet and ensure all financial records comply with accounting standards and company policies, including intercompany transactions.
- Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs to identify variances and trends; Collaborate with production teams to optimize resource allocation and reduce waste.
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong Microsoft EXCEL skills (capability to manipulate large volumes of data).
- Experience with SAP (Preferred).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
