Director of Business Development – MSP, SOW & Strategic Workforce Solutions
Seeking a high-performing sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and winning new business. This role is focused on driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and developing long-term partnerships with enterprise clients.
While many sales professionals spend their time overcoming delivery challenges, you'll be supported by an award-winning recruiting and account management team with a proven track record of execution across MSP, VMS, direct hire, and project-based engagements. We are looking for a driven Business Development Leader who wants to leverage that foundation to open new doors, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. This is a true hunter role focused on acquiring new clients, expanding enterprise relationships, and identifying opportunities across contingent staffing, MSP programs, and Statement of Work (SOW) solutions.

Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Develop and execute territory and account growth plans to achieve revenue and gross margin targets.
- Build relationships with decision-makers across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Operations, and Business Leadership teams.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain an active pipeline and accurate sales forecasts within CRM.
What We're Looking For
- 4 years of successful business development, sales, or account acquisition experience within staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or professional services.
- Experience working within MSP, VMS, and procurement-driven environments.
- Demonstrated success generating new business and consistently exceeding sales goals.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage executives and influence key decision-makers.
- Experience developing opportunities from cold outreach through signed agreement.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and driven by results.
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
