Contracts Specialist

Pay: $50-$56.74 Hourly

Duration: 6 month contract

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Contracts Specialist for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• The general purpose of the Contract Manager role is to assess, analyze, draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts for Development Sciences and Translational Medicine so that such divisions and their respective representatives may procure services and/ or collaborate with external parties efficiently and effectively and in compliance with all laws, regulations and policies.
• Conduct compliant, thorough and appropriate assessment, analysis, drafting, review, and negotiation of contractual documents.
• Negotiate the best contract terms possible, taking into consideration risk exposure and risk tolerance of the requesting department and within company guidelines.
• 3 years with a BS/BA and strong contract drafting/negotiation skills.
