The Fountain Group is seeking a Contract Legal Review Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions department, you will be responsible for reviewing patient support program content as part of our copy approval process.
About the Role
This is a hybrid position that requires occasional on-site presence in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ. We are looking for an experienced paralegal with prior copy review experience and knowledge of pharma regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review legal documents and patient support program content to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective copy approval processes.
- Analyze and interpret pharma regulations and guidelines to inform content development.
Requirements
- 3 years of paralegal experience with a focus on pharma regulations.
- Prior experience with copy review and analysis.
- Familiarity with iMR/Veeva or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of patient support programs and relevant regulations.
- $65.50 per hour.
