Details for the position are as follows:
- 12-month contract to start with the possibility of extension or conversion depending on performance and business needs
- Rate: $35-38 an hour
- Location: North Chicago, IL -100% onsite
- The candidate will maintain laboratory equipment (HPLCs, UV/Vis) and chemical inventories.
- The candidate will develop and execute HPLC separation work to support the development of antibodies and related modalities.
- Under supervision, the candidate will conduct analytical development and characterization for antibodies and other modalities as a member of the analytical research development team.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining good documentation practices and generating and analyzing precise, reliable, and reproducible data in a timely manner.
- BS 2 years of post-grad analytical chemistry experience
- Analytical experience with HPLC
- UV-Vis experience preferred
- Experience analyzing and characterization for antibodies or other modalities
- Development / troubleshooting and modifying chromatography methods
Salary : $35 - $38
