Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling standards.
- Lead and train team members in food preparation techniques, including baking, cake decorating and cooking.
- Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process, making adjustments as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to health regulations.
Qualifications
