Role Description
The Founders Law Firm is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join our on-site team in Hialeah, FL. This role involves managing client cases from start to resolution, maintaining consistent communication with clients, coordinating between attorneys and clients, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. The Case Manager will also monitor case progress, manage deadlines, and address client inquiries to ensure a positive client experience and efficient case management.
