Duties
- Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
- Cook a variety of dishes with precision, speed, and consistency, adhering to established recipes and portion sizes
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting seasonal or innovative dish ideas that align with our culinary vision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, sanitation, and temperature controls to ensure guest safety
- Support catering orders and special event preparations as needed, delivering excellent food service during busy periods
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals and uphold a positive, energetic work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or food industry settings
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Experience with menu planning and fine dining culinary practices preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure during evening shifts

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
