The Foundation Works is a professional foundation restoration company looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales, particularly within the construction industry.
This is a full-time position reporting to the CEO.
Base hourly bonuses
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain relationships with clients
· Negotiate and close deals with clients.
· Analyze data and market trends to identify potential opportunities.
· Demonstrate a solid understanding of the company's services.
· Provide excellent customer service to clients.
· Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Construction Industry and a demonstrable track record of success ( please reach out if you are close to these qualifications - we look for the right fit regardless!)
· Proficiency in computer literacy
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Self-motivated and driven to succeed
· Positive and professional attitude
· Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
· Experience with Buildertrend Construction Workeragement software a plus!
Job Details:
· Los Angeles area residency is required.
