Responsibilities:
- Attend pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners.
- Assess issues within the home and design the best solution for each customer.
- Conduct inspections and prepare detailed proposals (including photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing, and job worksheets).
- Follow up with customers via phone and in-person visits as needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Requirements:
- 1 years of outside sales or in-home consultation experience preferred.
- Experience in home inspection, residential sales, or home improvement is a plus.
- Construction knowledge is helpful but not required.
- Must be comfortable entering crawlspaces under homes.
- Strong listening, communication, closing, and follow-up skills.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
