· Lead and develop a team of sales professionals

What We Need for this Role
· 2 years successful experience in a sales management role
· Experience training and implementing sales systems and programs
· Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient computer skills
