Primary Responsibilities
- Perform technical engineering design for sanitary and storm conveyance, lift stations, drinking and water resources.
- Provide quality assurance/control and municipal engineering project activities focused on wastewater conveyance including capacity analysis, new and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer gravity pipe, forcemain design and permitting.
- Work closely with relevant permitting agencies, contractors, and project planning and environmental documents.
- Develop technical reports, feasibility studies, cost estimates, plan preparation, specifications, hydraulic modeling, and engineering designs.
- Provide construction administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience performing engineering design, specifications, reports, and feasibility studies for municipal projects
- EIT certification
- 10 years of experience planning and designing for municipal projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
