We’re working with a growing organization that’s looking to add an experienced Benefits Specialist to their team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the day-to-day administration of benefits while also partnering across the business to ensure a seamless employee experience. You’ll be a key resource for employees, support vendor relationships, and help drive accuracy and compliance across all benefits programs.
What you’ll be doing:
• Manage benefits administration across onboarding, life events, and offboarding
• Maintain and audit benefits data in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and smooth vendor integrations
• Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions on health & welfare plans, leave, and retirement programs
• Support 401(k), deferred compensation, and pension plan administration
• Assist with open enrollment and benefits communications
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
What we’re looking for:
• 5-7 years of benefits administration experience; financial/fintech/technology industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of benefits programs and applicable regulations
• Experience with Workday (Benefits module preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
