THE FORUM is recruiting for a hospitality focused Housekeeping/Janitorial Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and janitor functions throughout the community.

Employment Type: Full Time

Hourly Rate: $24.30-31.73

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeper/Janitorial:

• Picks up and removes major trash from the Community.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
• Communicates effectively using approved radio equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and written communicate effectively. (For daily log for document/work orders/supplies/cleaning.)
• Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• A valid CA Driver’s License is required.
