- Do you like tracking down electrical gremlins in an electric lift truck?
- Can you read a work order, plan your approach, and communicate findings clearly?
- Are hydraulics and fuel systems your comfort zone?
Your impact
- Pinpoint issues and perform repairs on LP, diesel, and electric lift trucks and other industrial equipment
- Conduct thorough PM services to reduce downtime
- Handle cosmetic repairs to keep fleets presentable and protected
- Keep the shop clean, orderly, and efficient
- Pitch in with additional responsibilities assigned by the Service Manager
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with LP, diesel, and electric equipment repair
- Solid understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Own set of professional tools and steel-toe safety shoes
- Ability to read, interpret, and complete work orders
- Clear written and verbal communication; basic computer skills
- Experience operating forklifts and related industrial equipment
- Preferred: ability to interpret wiring diagrams/schematics
- Practical problem-solving ability and comfort working independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Diesel engines, diesel vehicles, and electric vehicles
- Stick welding equipment, voltage detectors, and power tools
- Sit-down forklifts: Hyster, Toyota, Raymond, Crown, Yale
- Reach trucks: Hyster, Toyota, Raymond, Crown
- Stand-up counterbalance (Pacer): Crown
- Pallet jacks: Hyster, Toyota, Crown, Yale
- Forklifts across brands: Hyster, Raymond, Crown, Yale
- Full-time, Monday–Friday; overtime as required
- Bi-weekly compensation based on experience
