Role Description
This part-time Family Nurse Practitioner role is based on-site at our clinic in Franklin, TN. The FNP will provide primary care services, starting with 2 days a week on Monday and Friday, to address primary and urgent care needs. I am looking for providers who would like to build a loyal patient base in coordination with our functional medicine clinic. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with team members to deliver integrated care, and educating patients on holistic health strategies. Our practitioner works closely with individuals and families to help them achieve optimal wellness, in coordination with our founder, who provides functional medicine deep dives and other integrative services.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner and proficiency in nursing care
- Strong background in Primary Care and Medicine
- Ability to deliver limited Urgent Care services as needed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to holistic and patient-centered care
- Licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or PA in the state of Tennessee
- Experience or interest in functional and integrative health is a huge plus
- Ability to foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients
